The CBR Service Champions Program was an industry led initiative to produce Canberra’s first online training course for customer service in tourism, retail and hospitality. It was developed by Threesides Marketing, a Canberra based marketing company specialising in tourism, in partnership with Visit Canberra, Austrade and key industry partners in 2016.
